Reporting to the Manager, Program Operations, the Specialist, Program Operations, will provide implementation support to Mitacs’ core programs.Core programs currently include Accelerate, Elevate, Globalink, and Science Policy Fellowship, as well as the associated training activities within each program. Core programs will change as new pilots are transitioned out of the Pilots team and into the portfolio of this team.This position will focus on delivery and support for program implementation with a particular focus on client satisfaction. Specialists are front-line communicators, poised to resolve any questions that come from clients or key internal and external stakeholders.
