  • Act as the intermediary between designers, clients, and architects consulting on requirements and specifications so that projects remain efficient and effective
  • Lead and develop our BIM and CAD Team to work on a wide range of structures across projects, ensuring that projects run smoothly, and project information models are delivered on time
  • Ensure that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project
  • Support and audit the project team and flagging non-compliances
  • Train or upskill colleagues in specific software programs
  • Ensure staff have access to the tools and equipment they need
  • Produce monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM / CAD implementation - Set up KPI
  • Keep up to date with advancements in building technology
  • Drive the implementation of digital information plans and strategies
  • Lead meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues
  • Oversee BIM / CAD budgets
  • Support the career development, coaching, and mentoring of a team of staff
  • Raise the profile of BIM / CAD within across departments and teams
  • Adhere to the latest industry standards.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Revit and BIM Concepts
  • Expert knowledge of Revit including use of parametric, creation of families, etc.
  • Proficiency in producing materials lists & drawings from PDF, DWG & RVT construction documents, producing install manual drawings, 3D rendered images, technical library drawings and other client related drawings in PDF, CAD & RVT
  • Ability to develop and maintain a BIM library using Revit.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of management, staff, suppliers, vendors, and contractors, including collaboration within teams either as a facilitator or team member.
  • Ability to organize work, deal with constant interruptions, work under pressure, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clean drivers abstract.
  • Knowledge on BIM 360 and collaboration process
  • Knowledge in Change management and continuous improvement and be able to change the actual process based on the needs
  • Find solutions to reduce inefficiencies in the drawing department
  • Develop the strategies for the implementation of digital information plans
  • Experience in resource planning
  • Conducting Data analysis.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
  • PMP
  • Experience in the construction industry, with electrical projects associated with buildings
