  • Develop and oversee the production and deployment of Revit families (must have extensive knowledge and experience of parametric family development)
  • Develop and implement standards across various project models (view templates, schedules, legends development & revisions)
  • Direct preparation of drawings by other BIM Technicians of lesser experience, or directly supervise BIM staff as needed
  • Work with clients or contractor representatives using the BIM model for review purposes
  • Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications#LI-JM8Required Qualifications
  • Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years architectural drafting experience on buildings/facilities
  • Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prepare drawings and details
  • Experience in commercial or institutional facilities
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare, Science and Technology and/or Civic facilities experience
  • Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
  • Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
