Due to the company fast development, we are looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our team. We are expecting that the candidate is a detail-oriented person, who possesses the skills, knowledge and experience required, and has a positive & professional attitude and the ability to work well independently.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain and balance accurate ledgers
  • Record and keep employees working time, calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls,
  • Prepare cheques for utility and other bills
  • Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
  • Pay invoices and track bank account balances
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns along with operating and business taxes
  • Assist accountant for tax remittance, workers compensation, pension contribution and other government documents
  • Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Completion of college in accounting, bookkeeping, or related discipline is required
  • At least 2 years bookkeeping or accountant experience is required
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
