• Generate evocative, innovative creative ideas, both independently and in collaboration with our design team, marketing team, and our founder.
• Define and evolve our brand’s visual language based on our brand initiatives and strategic positioning.
• Craft compelling animated and static visuals for a variety of platforms.
• Explore and experiment with new concepts that make our brand relevant, relatable, and revolutionary.
• Bring our brand to life through visuals across our touchpoints, like our app, social media, website, emails, and print media.
• Manage design projects, both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with the ability to independently plan and write marketing strategies
• Be a brand ambassador for Mogo, immerse yourself in our products, promote the brand within your circle, and provide invaluable feedback for continual improvement.

What you #39;ll need:

• An impressive portfolio showcasing your digital work.
• Actively incorporating insights and feedback to refine and elevate designs while offering constructive feedback for others.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma.
• Experience with Webflow with design and landing page development
• Problem-solving capabilities with good judgment and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
