Hard working, passionate hunters who have experience selling directly to owners and purchasers in the cannabis accessories wholesale or distribution channels is a plus.Primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships, actively identifying and generating prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets, hitting revenue goals, maintaining good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.The successful candidate has exceptional relationship building and communication skills to effectively assess customer needs and present appropriate solutions to support both revenue growth and retention.As a trusted advisor, our Business Development Manager assists customers in navigating the ever-changing world of cannabis and acts as an advocate internally.
