Working at iQmetrix means always looking at ways to be better.Business Intelligence SpecialistRole Purpose:This role provides expertise on iQmetrix’s custom reporting tools and data flows to clients and internal teams.Business Services Team:iQmetrix Business Services offers development and expertise in any area where a business may not have the bandwidth. Our team takes time to understand the client’s needs, assess the scope of the project, and provide robust, continuous support for as long as they need. Open feedback loops mean quick iteration, so needs are always met.Accountabilities:Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze user requirementsCreate custom reports, dashboards, and visualizationsOwn project deliverables, client relationships, documentation, communication, contracts, demos, prioritizations, time management, and contributions to team goalsChannel client feedback to drive better services and product offeringsUnderstand how data flows throughout iQmetrix products and help teach others best practices for business uses and reportingQualifications:Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsDegree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Data Science, or Data AnalyticsPrior experience using reporting and analytical tools such as Microsoft Report Builder, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting, or other similar softwareWorking knowledge of SQL, MDX, DAX, Python, R, Javascript, HTML, CSSAbility to develop and maintain good relations and communicate with people at all hierarchical levelsAbility to understand technical and business perspectivesSelf-management skillsUnderstanding of the wireless retail industry is a plusWhat is an iQerAn iQer is a term, used daily across all iQmetrix locations, is someone who works for iQmetrix.
