Job Description

The Vancouver Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP seeks a highly-motivated lawyer to join our national Business Law Group. The successful candidate will join a team which provides a full range of legal advice to clients which operate in a wide range of industries.The ideal candidate is motivated by excellent work and highly engaged colleagues and appreciates superior technology and other support. The candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of post-call merger and acquisition and securities law experience;
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials;
  • Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
  • A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.
