Job Description

  • Create options in Eurostop.
  • Create PO intentions and commitments in Eurostop.
  • Submit purchase orders to brands on behalf of the buying team with sign off from buyers.
  • Change option information as needed in Eurostop.
  • Work with buyers and brands to get UPCs for option creation.
  • Get purchase order ETAs from brands weekly.
  • Communicate late or cancelled purchase orders to buying, planning and allocations.
  • Manage back ordered purchases.
  • Help merchandising department with ad-hoc projects or analysis as needed.
Experience
  • 1-2 years in retail or ecommerce store sales.
  • Experience working in an office is an asset, but not required.
  • Very strong communication skills: oral, visual, written.
  • Experience using excel, including pivot tables.
  • Eurostop experience is an asset.
