Job Description

Mogo is looking for an enthusiastic, results-focused Campaign Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for managing Mogo’s campaign calendar and social media processes, and designing and deploying our marketing campaigns across various channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and major social media platforms. The Campaign Coordinator will be integral in identifying when, where, and how campaigns can be deployed and is hands-on with the setup and deployment of such campaigns.What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the marketing team’s campaign development calendar based on the overall marketing strategy
  • Take creative assets and copywriting and integrate into campaign platforms such as Braze
  • Setup, schedule, and deploy/publish campaigns based on campaign calendar
  • Proactively identify unique audience segments and develop lists to deploy campaigns
  • Continuously measure progress and track results
  • Manage marketing calendar with key stakeholders ensuring communications align with overall strategy
  • Support marketing related strategy and execution for key stakeholders across marketing and the organization
  • Own the end to end organization and operation of our calendar including administration, publishing and setting up the HTML of campaigns
  • Ensure that all campaign creative is trafficked and scheduled and if relevant, coordinate with any agency partners
  • Troubleshooting and investigating any delivery discrepancies and other technical issues
  • On occasion, develop copy for campaigns such a emails, social media, and push notifications
  • Liaise closely with Design, Strategy, Lifecycle Marketing, and Exec teams
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelors Degree in communications or related experience
  • Prior experience managing, developing, and executing content calendars and/or marketing campaigns
  • High level of organizational skills using various digital tools like Airtable or Asana
  • HTML/some coding knowledge
  • Be familiar with Braze, Figma, Notion, etc.
