In the mornings in Coquitlam and in the afternoon in New wesminsterSchedule: Saturdays and Sundays (8 am to 4:30 pm with half an hour break). 16 hours.Your Job Scope:

  • Clean building common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, and lounges, etc.
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum as required by strata or management.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and general tidiness.
  • Sanitize all high-traffic touchpoints to ensure the health of all residents and staff
  • Manage a team of Cleaners and maintain daily team operations
You Have:
  • Previous residential/ strata cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent work habits and organization skills.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good understanding of English.
  • Able to commute around Vancouver and surrounding areas.
