Job Description

Superior Natural ULC is an established food company since 1982. We manufacture premium conventional and organic tofu, soymilk and soy desserts. Superior Natural plant is a certified GMP/HACCP/GFSI tofu plant in Canada. We are also Kosher, BC Organics Organics certified.We are looking for multiple permanent full-time Cleaning and Sanitation Operator. Candidate must be able to work at the following shifts: 9:00pm to 5:30amResponsibilities:Clean and perform CIP (clean-in-place) and preparation of worksite.Clean and Sanitizing equipment.Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe work area.Complete cleaning checklist and complete record.The employee will be required to use all personal protective equipment provided by the company in compliance with Work Safety regulationsResponsible for adhering to food safety and quality system requirements by committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer and SQF requirements and report any deficiencies.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices. Adhere to sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures.Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2 years of experience as a General Labor in a Production environment.
  • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures.
  • Strong work ethic, team player, and self-motivated.
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Time management skills. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Hazards associated with the industry.
This is a permanent full-time position. Working hours between 9:00pm to 5:30am, Monday to Saturday or depending on our production plan needs. This position will average between 40+ hours week depending on the availability of production plan.Contact Information:1436 E. Pender St. Vancouver, B.C.
