Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Vancouver office:Client Representative- High Net Worth ClientsWhat can you expect

• You will be joining a dynamic team of insurance professionals who focus on Personal Lines Risks in our High Net Worth consumer division of Marsh’s Private Client Services.
• In Vancouver, there is a team of 5 colleagues including 4 Client Account Advisors and 1 Associate Account Advisor. You will be dedicated to the 4 Client Account advisors in Vancouver, working with a high volume and fast-paced environment in a support capacity.
• In the first couple of months you will learn existing processes, service standards, Account Advisor needs and complete use of our Applied System, TAM.

We will count on you to:

• Collect renewal information from previous year and current year, Account Advisors and/or Marsh client teams.
• Assist in the preparation of coverage specifications and submissions.
• Produce client market proposals and renewal summaries
• Accountable for invoice issuance and creating/updating Client Service Instructions.
• Review and validate insurance policies for accuracy, coordinating corrections, preparing policy transmittal letters and delivering of policy documents to the client or client advisor.
• Format spreadsheets, word documents, presentations etc., liaising with Client Support Services, Xerox and Graphics as needed.
• Work directly with the designated team of Account Advisors to provide our clients with the best possible service.
• Provide quality day-to-day service on client deliverables. Provides necessary information to operations to create account information in databases and updates information as needed.
• Support Account Advisors in all capacities.
• Key liaison/role for process and activities supported both for our retail markets and High Net Worth markets.
• Assist with Carrier portal changes and cancellations.
• Daily administrative duties such as scanning and answering client calls.
• Understand and comply with Marsh Compliance and Transparency Standards.
• Develop an understanding of the clients’ business priorities and risk management needs.

What you need to have:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of two to five years’ industry related work experience; OR an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Currently holds appropriate broker’s license for the Province of Vancouver or ability to obtain a broker license.
• Strong proficiency in email and Outlook programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Results oriented with a strong customer service focus.
