Your Role:
  • Help clients navigate the enrollment process for benefit plans that align with their unique situations.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent support throughout their experience.
  • Remain informed on our product lineup and industry developments to enhance client service.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience of at least 1 year of customer service, preferably in hospitality or education or insurance.
  • A natural communicator, able to connect with clients through clear, engaging, and positive interactions.
