Our new Client Service Representative will lead from the front with authenticity, empathy, and integrity in all customer interactions, ensuring that every connection made is built to last!The Client Service Representative will:

  • Efficiently manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure smooth progress through all stages
  • Communicate professionally with customers to foster satisfaction and repeat business
  • Promptly follow up on leads to maximize conversions
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to help customers make informed decisions
  • Regularly review customer accounts, recommending products/services that meet their needs
  • Oversee order status, installations, and contract execution for successful sales
  • Handle customer challenges with empathy and a solution-focused mindset
  • Engage in customer retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs or personalized outreach
  • Stay updated on products and promotions, sharing insights to enhance the customer experience.
The Client Service Representative is someone who:
  • Highly skilled in creative problem-solving and adapting quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Has proven ability to build strong rapport with new customers, effectively upsell products, and consistently improve sales margins
  • Has a proven track record of successful conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates ability to accomplish objectives during challenging customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Punctual and efficient with time management, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Expert in email management and CRM systems to optimize customer communication
  • Can build and nurture long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals
The Client Service Representative requirements:
  • Must have Full-time availability
  • Diploma/Degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, and/or Sales is preferred
  • Must be able to commute to our Vancouver office daily as this is an in-person position
  • Although not required, previous experience in customer service, customer support and/or sales positions is considered an asset
