LEAP Clinic is seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Social Worker and/or Registered Psychologist for 1-3 days/week. Clinicians at our Vancouver clinic specialize in providing evidence-based services for children, youth, and families with a focus on anxiety, mood, and related disorders, as well as parent and school consultation. A busy practice with an excellent reputation, we maintain a broad network of professional referral sources. Of great value to us is the warm, supportive, team atmosphere that we have cultivated, including monthly peer consultation meetings.Requirements:· Professional in good standing with BCACC or College of Psychologists· Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing therapy to children 10 and under and parent support/consultation· Proficiency with approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT and ERP, as well as parent focused approaches such as SPACE, EFFT, PMT, and parent-led CBT· Training and experience with play therapy and/or art therapy approaches is an asset· Interest and experience in developmental and attachment theory-informed approaches· Skills and experience in supporting neurodivergent children· Ability to work in a team environment, flexible, strong interpersonal skills· Willingness to provide secure video and safe in-person therapy (we are open to reviewing applicants from anywhere in BC who work virtually)· High level of professional autonomy and ability to work independently; our busy waitlist provides a full case load· Excellent compensation, earn over $110 per 50-minute sessionLEAP clinicians work as independent contractors (“Associates”).
