Job Description

Job descriptionWe are seeking a Clinic Office Manager in a busy Naturopathic Clinic in downtown Vancouver. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for patient bookings, customer service, managing inventory, placing orders, inputting invoices and other daily tasks that help the office to run smoothly. The ideal candidate for this position is one with experience in administration. Having an interest in health and wellness is an asset.Schedule is 29 hours /week from Wednesday - SaturdayQualities and skills best suited for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Customer service - you are the face of our business (hospitality experience is a huge benefit)
  • Trustworthy and responsible
  • Professional and accountable
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to manage time without a lot of supervision
  • Knowledgeable and eager to learn
  • Able to multi-task
Experience and/or knowledge for this position should include:
  • Customer service - the importance of your personal skills cannot be understated
  • Knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine/ Health and Wellness
  • Proficient computer and social media skills along with the ability to troubleshoot minor IT problems and update social media platforms
  • Experience using Quickbooks
  • History of operating a multi-line phone system
  • Proficient in MS office (specifically Word, Excel, and One Note
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing quality customer service to patients
  • Answer all phone calls in a kind manner
  • Booking patients in, and reminding them of their appointments
  • Answering office emails in a professional manner
  • Entering patient invoices and vendor bills in Quickbooks
  • Placing and receiving clinic orders, as well as product shipment to our patients
  • Maintaining tidiness of the clinic
  • General computer software troubleshooting
  • Assisting in the updates of social media platforms
Knowledge and/or experience in this field is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized and motivated who can multitask while contributing to the smooth operation of a busy, growing clinic.Compensation varies between $17-$22 /hour depending on experience.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $17.00-$22.00 per hourJob Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 29 per weekSalary: $17.00-$22.00 per hourBenefits:
