CYS works on behalf of and directly with children and youth as well as with their parents or guardians. CYS provides services to children and youth under four main program areas of Settlement Submissions under the Infants Act, Trust Services, Property Guardian Services and Legal Protective Services.The position provides administrative support services to in-house counsel in the Child & Youth Services Division. In addition, these positions work closely with other support staff in their Divisions to ensure seamless services to clients. The Legal Assistant reports to the (Legal) Administrative Team Leader (Legal ATL) in Child & Youth Services for administrative matters.
