We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.JOB DESCRIPTION*1) Parkade Cleaner/Litter Picker - (2 exterior commercial properties)

  • Wage: $22 /hour
  • Location: Gilbert Rd. & No. 6 Richmond
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday & Friday (9 AM start)
  • Hours: 7hrs /week
2) Marpole Residential Building (Interior Common Space)
  • Wage: $17 /hour
  • Location: Marpole, Vancouver
  • Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Saturday (7 AM start)
  • Hours: 8 hrs 25 min /week
JOB QUALIFICATIONSMandatory qualifications:
  • You own a smartphone with data
  • You are authorized to work in Canada
  • No subcontractors
Preferred qualifications:
  • You own and drive a vehicle
  • 3 years janitorial cleaning experience
  • Experience in surface disinfection
  • Hard working, punctual and detail oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Wipe, dust surfaces, appliances and furnitures
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high touch areas
  • Garbage and recycling disposal
  • Clean windows and mirrors
  • Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
  • Replenish supply of hand towel, hand soap and other similar products
