About the RoleCoordinate the execution of traffic-generating blog content:
  • Serve as editor-in-chief and key content producer for Comm100’s blog, working with external freelance writers to ensure accurate timely execution of engaging content that ranks well for SEO,
  • Identify opportunities for engaging content by staying abreast of SMB industry trends and customer challenges,
  • Scout for co-marketing opportunities and content creation partnerships with other small business focused industry blogs,
  • Maintain blog editorial content calendar,
  • Work with marketing operations team to prepare status reports on blog content performance in terms of traffic generation and lead conversion.
Build multiple social communities:
  • Develop and grow multiple social communities for our brand across channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn , and Instagram, utilizing best practices for growth and engagement,
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms and digital technology trends ensuring maximum effectiveness,
  • Seek out and build strong relationships with key influencers across our various target industries and social channels,
  • Work with our marketing team to utilize existing assets and plan how that content will be featured across multiple different social channels,
  • Ensure our listings on software review sites are up-to-date and match our current capability offerings,
  • Manage our monthly email newsletter and lead nurture campaigns,
  • Work with marketing operations team to prepare status reports on social media performance including followers, engagement, and traffic to our website.
Grow an engaged community:
  • Attract and engage with potential and existing customers on various social channels,
  • Activate the right mix of channels for Comm100’s audience,
  • Create social-first content and experiences that help build trust and credibility with prospects, customers, partners and industry influencers,
  • Work with our in-house designers to build social-first creative assets,
  • Build engaging campaigns across channels, and enhance the effectiveness through experimentation,testing, and learning,
  • Monitor and moderate all brand channels, answering comments, questions, and escalating queries when necessary,
  • Proactively engage with potential consumers and find trending moments to tastefully bring the brand into the larger conversation,
  • Organize virtual events such as Facebook Live broadcasts, digital contests, surveys, and other community growth activities,
  • Support the development of Comm100’s YouTube channel,
  • Support other community growth activities through speaking engagements, co-marketing, engaging with industry influencers, Comm100 partner initiatives, and other programs,
  • Work with marketing operations team to prepare status reports on various community building initiatives including engagement, traffic to our website, and new sign-ups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field,
  • 3-5 years of related experience in content development and social media,
  • Exceptional writing, copy editing, and communication skills in English,
  • Proven track record managing social media strategy and execution native to each channel,
  • Experience weaving SEO best practices into well-researched, informative articles,
  • Creative problem-solving approach with strong analytical skills,
  • Experience in technology and software in B2B environment preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
