Job Description

Position: Concierge Permanent, Full-Time Afternoon Shift - Thursday to MondayLocation: 1205 West Hastings, Vancouver BCStart Date: ASAPWe have an immediate vacancy for an energetic, self-starter individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude for concierges in high-end residential towers in Coal Harbour.About UsTribe Management is part of the Tribe Property Technologies family. Together we are the sixth largest strata/condo and rental management company in Canada with offices in downtown Vancouver, Delta, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Calgary and Cambridge. Our Tribe Management division specializes in strata and rental management services. We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residentialamp; mixed-use properties in our portfolio. Combining our obsession with technology and an unwavering passion for creating vibrant strata communities, we provide community management with heart. Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all residents
  • Conduct Access control
  • Answering phone callsamp; receiving packages when required
  • Interioramp; exterior patrols , including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
  • Working with Strata on crime prevention and follow-up with VPD
  • Having a full working knowledge of Building Bylaws and Rules and monitoring for adherence
  • Answering all resident questions
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Making recommendations to Strata and Property Management for building requirements
  • Coordinate, Supervising and reporting back on onsite building contractors as required
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for building administration and management
  • Assisting in building communications to owners and residents in written and phone
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be available to work afternoon/evenings
