We #39;re seeking exceptional, experienced Security Professionals with OFA 1 certification and concierge experience for our high-profile site in Downtown. This opportunity promises a professional environment and competitive wages as part of our commitment to a living wage.Currently we accept applicants to join our Concierge Security Team!Location: Vancouver DowntownJob Requirements:

• Greet and Welcome all Guests in the Area
• OFA1 certification is mandatory (OFA2 is an asset)
• Conduct Access Control
• Answering Phone Callsamp; Receiving Packages When Required.
• Interioramp; Exterior Patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
• Answering all tenant questions and inquires
• Providing Excellent Customer Services
• Coordinatingamp; Liaising with Police and other Emergency Services Providers as Required
• Providing detailed reports including reports including occurrence reports, incident reports, and patrol reports as required.
• Reporting and documenting any safety hazards to the Operations Managers

Availability Requirements:

• Open availability for Full Time

Requirements:

• BC Security License (BST)
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 (OFA1)
• Occupational First Aid Level 2 (OFA2) - asset
• Minimum of 1 year of security industry experience
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment
