This position is based remotely.A Day In The Life The Content Creator / Graphics & Video Editor is responsible for creating and editing amazing content that will be shared on Sarko Beauty’s social media channels and website. The selected candidate will work very closely with the Influencer & Digital Marketing Coordinator on posting strategy to understand the type of videos to be created that caters to our audience. This requires shooting and featuring in demo videos, on site video/photoshoots with ambassadors, and curating static images from our creative asset library and converting them into engaging videos (using motion graphics and effects). There will always be new and exciting projects with opportunities to present insights and industry trends to the CEO. Not to mention, you’ll receive complimentary products from our website – bonus!Responsibilities· Collaborate with internal team on content strategy, orientation, and treatment of videos· Create and edit high quality promotional videos for ads and organic channels with Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro or other tools· Curate static images from our creative assets library and adapt them to engaging videos with trending effects· Pitch ideas during creative brainstorms and story meetings· Support Digital Marketing Coordinator in execution of postsQualifications· Technical Diploma, Degree in Video/Film/Art/Graphic Design or equivalent experience· Proficient with image and video-editing software, including Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and Canva· Experience and knowledge in all aspects of video-shooting, post-production, including lighting, camera and audio operation· High-level understanding of social media platforms: Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.Must Haves· A self-starter and go-getter attitude that is led with passion in all work you engage with· Communicates with kindness, honesty and integrity and creates the same space for others to follow· Loves to have fun and does not take themselves too seriouslyTeam player!Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
