Job Description

We will continue to provide attainable luxury to like- minded individuals.POSITION SUMMARYThis is a unique opportunity for a creative individual who is interested in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You are a natural organizer and an enthusiastic people person who is looking for an entry level position.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay informed of current and changing trends in fashion and design; incorporate emerging trends in our photo-shoot.
  • Assist in planning, selecting and styling current and promotional pieces from our collections for all areas of photo-shoots and videography (i.e. website, social media, campaigns and editorials);
  • Support in-house studio operations;
  • Ensure studio is safe and organized at all times;
  • Manage the preparation and organization of garments for photo-shoots;
  • Work closely with the Creative team to ensure photo-shoots/videography are executed efficiently;
  • Support the Production Manager with the purchasing and researching of props and styling items as required for photo-shoots/videography;
  • Put props and garments away after photo-shoots/videography;
  • Assist in uploading or completing product dash board for ecommerce flat shoot;
  • Inventory control
  • Manage the communication and updating of all product shipment schedules with the E-Commerce team, ensure shipping and receiving of products are completed with accuracy;
  • Work with the product team to manage the return of unnecessary products from shooting room back to Warehouse
  • Facilitate the transfer of products required for photo shoots/videography from stores or Warehouse
  • Own the tracking of studio samples / garments with support from the Creative Lead + Stylist.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Broad knowledge of designers, brands and emerging trends;
  • Retail experience an asset.
  • Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends;
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment;
  • Proven ability to work to meet deadlines;
  • Have an exceptional eye for detail;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Have strong work ethic, pro-active and able to show initiative.
