Job Description

GPC is global in operations, culture, and language with offices in New York, San Diego, Toronto, Vancouver, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, The Hague, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh and Manila.ABOUT THE POSITION:GPC is looking for a data driven individual who is passionate about performance marketing. You will be involved in analyzing business data, identifying testing opportunities, ideating/engaging with those testing opportunities, and coordinating the creative/asset development necessary to deploy the aforementioned tests. During the testing period and thereafter, you will be responsible for documenting, reporting, and recommending actions based on those tests to our product/brand development teams. You will be juggling various tests at various stages of development; staying organized and documented is key to success in this role.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and identify performance improvement opportunities for our e-commerce sites
  • Analyze data from customer service to improve marketing and product quality
  • Coordinate between various teams and stakeholders in terms of reporting, feedback, and deployment of split testing assets
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities for testing via competitive research
  • Coordinate and work with our Media Buying and Remarketing teams for localized testing and analysis support
  • Identify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) opportunities for stakeholders, and lead testing processes
  • Manage ideation, planning, and execution efforts of CRO special projects.
  • Managing project timelines and requirements to ensure projects are delivered with high quality and achieve expected results.
  • Identifying and developing good creative assets and templates, proved via testing
YOUR SKILLS:
  • 3+ years of experience with CRO, web analytics, UX, marketing, or similar work experience
  • Design/Copywriting experience is an asset
  • Proven track record of success in web testing
  • Tacit understanding of statistical concepts
  • Strong knowledge of digital strategy, information architecture & design, digital marketing; including online advertising and promotion
  • Analytical thinking and can derive strategic insights from data
  • Collaborative team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other team members
  • Possess strong work and business ethic; be reliable, highly organized and dependable
  • Strong detail-orientation, organizational, and time management skills
