What Youll Be Doing
  • Cooking recipes from start to finish to ensure all ingredients are appropriately listed and instructions are clear, concise and easy to execute.
  • Leaving detailed feedback for the recipe developers to consider and following a check-list of tasks while testing new and reworked recipes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of test kitchen space and grocery storage.
  • Data entry and verification.
  • Supporting the overall needs of the culinary team with special projects.
  • Review and final proofread of recipe copy, ensuring consistency and accuracy among all individual recipes.
  • Work with recipe developers to improve and validate language for final recipes.
What We Are Looking ForThis Recipe Tester and Culinary Coordinator bring a keen eye for detail and a desire to assist in making delicious recipes that are easy to prepare. They are able to give honest and concise feedback to improve the customer experience. They are a team player, eager to contribute to a bigger picture and projects by supporting the needs of their colleagues. They enjoy cooking and are able to uphold strong standards of organization and cleanliness in their workspace, holding others accountable to do the same.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Intermediate level of cooking experience.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with various ingredients and produce.
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts as required.
