About the roleAre you an avid reader and book lover looking to kickstart a career in publishing The Legible Curation team may be the right fit for you! The Curation Intern will support our passionate team of curators to assist in selecting and promoting titles on Legibles storefronts, helping audiences around the world discover great books.What makes this job differentThis job is right for you if you are an excellent researcher, your favourite place is your local bookstore or library, you have a TBR pile that is constantly growing, and youre always up to speed on the latest releases and trending titles. Bonus points if you read ebooks at least 50% of the time and are familiar with the world of BookTok. You will have daily interactions with the industry at large and will work with content from a wide variety of publishers. Like us, youre passionate about literacy and the dissemination of knowledge and believe that reading is integral to education, the human experience, and has the ability to change the world. The Legible Curation Team is dedicated to finding hidden gems and elevating diverse authors, stories, and voices that have historically been marginalized by the traditional publishing industry.
