We are currently looking to find the right candidate to join our Customer Service team.As a Customer Service Representative you will:·Be the first smile our clients see when they walk in· Understand customer needs and match them to our services· Inspect and Process incoming garments for dry cleaning with care and respect· Provide completed orders to customers at pick-up, including a collection of payments.. Follow up with customers via phone or email as required· Will work closely in a team that wants to thrive togetherFor this position you should have some of the following skills: · Ability to multitask.· Strong attention to detail.· Team player – you enjoy working with a team and have great interpersonal skills.· Organized – you’re comfortable working in a high-speed, dynamic environment.· Customer-oriented – you understand that the customer is always first and ready to put it into practice.· Fast-learner – you are patient, willing to ask for help, and take the initiative to learn on your own.· Past customer experience in a retail setting is an asset.· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS system.We are in growth mode, and we are seeking individuals that are driven, charismatic, and eager to learn. The successful candidates will be able to think on their feet to ensure that the customer has a great experience with us.
