Job Description

Alianza is on a mission to transform the way service providers deliver voice, messaging, and collaborations solutions using our cloud-native communications platform. We are growing and have an immediate need for a Customer Success and Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.The PositionAlianzas Customer Success and Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing a range of marketing programs to help our customers find success in selling our solutions to their end users. Key responsibilities of the role include industry and account intelligence gathering, marketing material and campaign creation, and generally ensuring our customers have the tools they need to successfully sell into residential and business markets.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works cross-functionally with Customer Success, Customer Enablement, and Marketing to diagnose, develop, and optimize customer marketing initiatives.
  • Using the latest data insights (e.g., intent, content engagement, etc.), tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight), product direction, and customer success feedback to clearly articulate our customers’ value proposition to their end users.
  • Develop marketing materials like data sheets, blog posts, social posts, and website content that can be easily leveraged and/or rebranded by customers.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continually enhance and refine the marketing data strategy and reporting cadences so that key stakeholders have the necessary insights to build high-performing campaigns.
Requirements
  • 3 – 5 years of B2B marketing experience, telecom, or Unified Communications experience is an asset but by no means required.
  • Perceptiveness gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing multiple internal and external stakeholder asks, as well as guiding conversations and challenging requests to ensure optimal customer growth.
  • An ability to demonstrate your skill in delivering results through marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Demonstrated creative capabilities in writing and designing marketing materials, including data sheets, blog posts, social content, website and landing pages, white papers, etc.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a keen sense of self-awareness when working with multiple teams and external customers to deliver superior results.
