  • $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary
Responsibilities:
  • Renewing accounts promptly
  • Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and retaining recurring revenue through renewals
  • Looking for upsell opportunities to increase client account value, to which we provide commission
  • Monitoring personnel movement within your portfolio to ensure that we train all new employees
  • Providing loyalty check-ins
  • Customer onboarding and training
  • Providing day-to-day customer support through emails, tickets and phone calls
Required Skills and Experience:- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company)- Excellent command of the English language- Exceptional organization skills- Previous experience with client portfolio management- Ability to quickly grow within our evolving company- Previous CRM experienceAbout PrevuePrevue HR is more than a software company.
