Job Description

Are you passionate about local food culture We’re Foodee, a team of food experts who believe the quality of food matters. We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and deliver them to your office.We’re looking for a CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (CSM) based remotely in British Columbia, who is extremely motivated to drive value for our clients across the west coast. At Foodee, the CSMs objective is to build excellent relationships with ideal clients by demonstrating value through product adoption and engagement, and ensure client happiness, proven by client retention and advocacy for Foodee. This is an amazing opportunity to learn all the aspects of building and running a high growth startup company! The ideal candidate will be based in British Columbia as this role works PST hours.KEY DUTIES:

  • Understand Foodee’s ideal client profile and customer journey through the product
  • Develop value-based relationships with clients and establish regular contact and coverage
  • Own the post-sales customer journey
  • Act as the main point of contact for Foodee clients using our meal planning software, ensuring strong client adoption and education of the product
  • Interpret customer health metrics to identify clients who are at risk and work to improve client health scores
  • Minimize customer churn through the provision of a delightful customer experience
  • Support clients through multiple channels (e-mail, phone, chat)
  • Maximize user adoption of Foodee’s product by engaging with all necessary stakeholders in an account
  • Provide customer feedback to other internal teams, with a focus on technical insights for the product team
  • Identify opportunities for expansion by cross-selling into an account through additional product features
  • Nurture client advocacy for Foodee through referrals and testimonials
  • Develop excellent technical knowledge of Foodee’s platform through ongoing product training
The ideal candidate is:
  • Skilled at building excellent, lasting relationships with customers
  • Experienced (2+ years) in Account Management, Customer Success or related roles
  • Familiar with SaaS products, with strong aptitude for technology
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve their KPIs
  • Familiar with CRMs (Salesforce) and possesses strong CRM hygiene
  • Able to interpret basic customer data
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
