Job Description

Customer support specialist Pharmacy AssistantHours; Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm, or 9 am to 5 pmAlthouh the wage starts at a $20 per hor, a 2 year gameplan is prrovided upon jioining the organization (details provided in onboarding contract). Therefore, we invest in quality people who can hold our customers hand to the finish line through an otherwise daunting task, making it simple.We are fortunate to offer a unique service, dramatically helping people with their health and financials (purchasing from us is 50-90% discounted). Read our reviews on Google, searching marks marine pharmacy (link at the bottom of page), also recently mentioned in CNN and CBC in the past.The successful candidate will have a positive and outgoing personality and effectively communicate with patients over various mediums (phone, email and text), in addition to computer know-how and knowledge to navigate multiple software programs. Also, self-motivated and able to independently do a high volume of calls with minimal oversight (post-training).Position;Short term; Contact management regarding blocked credit card charges (because the card is not present, and the customer is out of the country, the card gets blocked, and we have to walk the customer through unblocking). Administrative assistance, prepping and packaging particular mail-out materials. Also, outbound refill reminders.Long-term; handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. We are answering FAQs, educating and submitting orders. We place a high value on customer satisfaction. It is also volume-driven and goal-oriented (e.g. 100 call stats per day, inbound, outbound, including leaving voicemails).Position Qualifications;

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Above average computer skills (Office, web interfaces, apps).
  • Upbeat, outgoing personality.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Punctual
  • Team player (working closely with approx eight people doing a similar role)
  • Quick learner
  • Pharmacy experience and knowledge are a big bonus, e.g. knowing how to read prescriptions.
Hours
  • 9:00-5:00 Monday to Friday
  • Saturday 10-2 twice per month
  • The Saturday can be used as overtime, time and a half, or can work a half day a mid-week on a predetermined day).
The option is yours re; 40 hours or 44 hours (4 hours @ time and a half)Wage and benefits;
  • Starting wage is $16-19 depending on experience (Pharmacy experience is the high end of the spectrum)
  • Pre-determined growth plan to grow and evolve within the organization with additional financial benefits and bonus opportunities for results.
  • Experience is not mandatory, can and will provide training, transition plan, and timeline.
  • Relevant desired experience, skills, or talents; customer service, problem-solving, computer work, and anything within a Pharmacy.
