Reporting to our Vice President, Product Support, this person will be responsible for developing data analysis tools designed to identify issues across our infrastructure of high-volume transaction processing servers and applications. The Data Analyst will leverage Kibana and Elastic Stack to build a suite of log queries and data visualizations which will be used by our Support team to rapidly identify processing or integration issues and advise clients on resolution strategies.This position will be located in our Vancouver, British Columbia office.What You Will Be Doing
