Job Duties: 1. Design and develop the database management systems and data models in line with roomvu’s growing customer base.2. Participate in setting the scope of collection on grown3. Regularly collect, document, and integrate the data by using database management tools; including mysql, jquery, metabase4. Analyze the data and provide best practices for roomvu’s growing database of 23000 realtors and 4M concurrent video views.5. Efficiently process the collected data and provide guidance on system and database architecture.6. Analyze the data and generate analysis reports regarding users’ behaviors and needs as well bottlenecks in the system.7. Conduct research and provide advice to other information systems professionals regarding the collection, availability, and suitability of data;8. Monitor and analyze the operational data of roomvu listings and roomvu video engine to locate problems and propose solutions;9. Research frontier technologies in the big data field and apply them to the data analysis and management;10. Conduct research and provide advice to other information systems professionals regarding the collection, availability, and suitability of data;11. Supervise, lead, and train other team members in the company if needed.*Skills Requirements:1. A Bachelor degree in engineering or science background is required;2.3-5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields;3. Advanced knowledge for Database software, Data analysis software, and data visualization.4. Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills;5. Strong documentation skill.6. Must possess the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.7.
