*The Position* We are looking for a Design Project Assistant to help with a variety of design and administrative tasks for our busy construction company. *The Job* As a Design Project Assitant, you are not expected to be an expert in any tasks which you may be working on. However, the right candidate would have an inquisitive attitude and a capacity to learn. Some of the tasks which you may be working on include: * Communicating with directors, staff, trades, and suppliers; by phone, email, and messaging; to confirm specifications * Recording accurate data on Excel worksheets or Google Sheets * Drafting with AutoCAD Occasional site meetings *Your Qualifications* * Architecture or design education * AutoCAD training * Highly organized * Not afriad to go the extra mile to look for answers! *The Format* You will be hired part-time on hourly basis at the begining, until we develop a mutatally convinent schedule. You will be able to work from your own home 90% of the time, with occasional in-person meetings. *The Path* This role may lead to full-time employment as a Project Coordinator or an Interior Designer.
