Job Description

We’re looking for a DevOps Specialist to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. This roles top priority will be configuring or building tooling that will automate operational challenges like environment setup, deployments, packaging, and push upgrades.Who we are:Traction Rec empowers customers with great technology. For this role, you might have :

  • Expertise in Git
  • Expertise in Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
  • Experience with automating and streamlining software development and deployment processes
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies or gaps in processes and resolve them
  • 3+ years experience in software development lifecycles for a product
  • Proficiency in Bash and TypeScript
  • Proficiency in Python a plus
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Expanding our oclif / sfdx build plugin to help manage a large number of production Salesforce environments
  • Building automation to help scale our professional services practice to better streamline projects and go-lives
  • Integrating metadata created by project teams into an easily deployable package
  • Maintaining and expanding existing practices, processes, tooling, and automation to accelerate development and QA
  • Expanding systems to monitor, analyze, and alert for production infrastructure issues
