We have a great team of people who are fun to work with and serious about what they do; leveraging decades of combined expertise in consumer products, from sports eyewear design to activity-tracking algorithms.To learn more, visit formswim.com.Position OverviewThe right candidate for the Digital Marketing Manager role is an expert and leader in customer acquisition, with a hunger to always get that next potential customer into our funnel. If you live for the chase, are analytically minded, and know how to work within a budget to get customers to convert, this is the position for you.Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize global paid online acquisition channels with a focus on Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates and Online Partnerships.
  • Manage monthly customer acquisition goals based on lead or purchase rate performance by channel portfolio and audience segments.
  • Optimize workflows with cross-functional teams across Creative, e-Commerce, CRM and Analytics teams in order to increase weekly performance and monthly projects.
  • Manage internal teams and stakeholders based on resource allocation and performance prioritizations, when necessary.
  • Lead and execute relevant OKR projects assigned to media investments, then analyze and present business opportunities based on learnings
  • Oversee team performance against relevant OKR projects by providing timely feedback, both positive and constructive feedback, and conduct annual performance evaluations as well as coaching and mentoring when necessary
  • Provide dynamic and constructive leadership to a small team of both online and offline specialists by giving clear direction, guidance, and motivation while utilizing effective and consistent communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven performance or growth marketing roles.
  • Track record of driving exceptional campaign results; specifically driving new customer growth with e-commerce and/or mobile applications
  • Proven experience with content and funnel optimization in driving growth per channel.
  • Prior e-commerce or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising landscapes, trends, and advertising network ecosystems, including a strong working understanding of advertising attribution and tracking.
  • Experience managing large media budgets and hitting monthly goals for user acquisition, CAC, retention, and other relevant key performance metrics
  • Proven experience leveraging data to not only impact marketing performance, but to also better inform buying decisions for better-performing media. Outstanding analytical skills.
  • Blend of creativity and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple time-sensitive projects at once.
  • Deeply analytical and data-driven; proficiency with CPA, LTV, A/B testing, promotional strategy, attribution models, and cohort analysis.
  • Ability to communicate and present complex information to various stakeholders across the organization in a clear, confident and informed manner that is also easy for others to understand.
