Who are we and what do we doRFDM Solutions is a boutique technology consulting firm based in downtown Victoria. We create cutting edge websites, digital marketing campaigns, and custom software solutions for clients all over North America. In shortest terms, we spend our days solving unique technology problems for industries as diverse as B2B and B2C ecommerce, non-profit, technologies, cybersecurity and venture capital.We are a full stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development.What’s the job all aboutThe role is a hybrid between a client facing business consultant and a digital marketing strategist. On the business consultant side you would be working directly with executives and teams in high tech industries such as cybersecurity and medical technology to help grow their business. You would be ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed as effectively as possible in-turn building and maintaining a long-lasting relationship. With respect to digital marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the Clients company and its products or services. You would work alongside the digital marketing team to strategize on how to enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring new leads and customers. You would be working on a range of campaigns that run the full gamut of the digital marketing playbook, including paid search and display, SEO, email and content marketing, which will be driven through marketing automation and CRM cloud technology.RequirementsWhat type of skills and experience do you need to haveThe main technical skills we would need you to have is the ability to create and manage paid advertising campaigns in at least one or two major platforms (Google Search/Display, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), some experience executing email marketing campaigns, some experience measuring campaign performance in Google Analytics, and a general comfort with learning new technologies rapidly.In terms of other important skills, you would need to be comfortable speaking with and listening to clients, being responsible for delivering projects on a deadline, and for juggling more than one project at a time. Candidates who have experience working within CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hubspot, etc. would be considered an asset.With respect to experience, it would be great to hear from candidates that have a year or two working in a similar role, but we are also willing to train the right candidate that can demonstrate that they are proficient in the above skill sets and are willing to commit to filling their gaps in knowledge through some rapid on the job training.BenefitsWhy work with usThere are a few reasons why you might consider working with us.
