Responsibilities include managing ecommerce campaigns and programs and overseeing search engine optimization.The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Manage ecommerce campaigns, including product giveaways, promotions and contests, from inception to execution and reporting.Collaborate with agency and internal partners to develop solid, integrated campaigns and media strategies with the relevant analysis and business context to support decisions and drive department’s/company’s objectives.Manage affiliate and gift card programs to maximize sales and profitability.Support on developing and execution of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and digital ad campaigns. This includes:Keyword researchDevelop SEO-blog posts to support product launches/campaignsAd copy development assistanceAd Campaign set-upBuilding custom/lookalike audiencesCampaign performance trackingQAPerformance management & optimizationsReportingExperience and proven results in A/B testing, retargeting strategiesCoordinate with Marketing on the corporate email calendar, proposing appropriate content and products for email campaigns and assisting in reporting and optimization.Work with Marketing on print and digital catalogues and fulfillment inserts, and reports on performance.Moderate product reviews, connecting customers with the customer service team and feeding back to merchandise planning and quality control as necessary.Support the Director of Digital and Direct Sales on product management activities: roadmap and strategy planning, backlog grooming, user stories, sprint planning and retrospectives, quality assurance, product roll-out, maintenance and enhancements. Manages minor features, enhancements and bug fixes from inception to user acceptance testing and launch.Use customer feedback tools to collect, analyze and appropriately act on responses.Run Google Analytics/Data Studio implementation. This includes weekly/monthly reporting, setting up dashboards, and helping provide insightsCreate weekly executive summaries and other reports, as assignedThe successful candidate must have:1-2 years’ experience in digital campaign management / web content, preferably for an ecommerce website, including ideally SEO, affiliate programs, contests, email etc.In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram algorithmsGoogle Ads (Search, Display)/Facebook Ads/Google Analytics certifications are an asset but not requiredAbility to set success criteria, with objective metrics (KPIs), and report on performanceExcellent ability to motivate internal and external team members and vendors to deliver to timelines and KPIs.Strategic and analytical mindset with high levels of business acumenExtremely organized and process-oriented. Able to prioritize and multi-task with excellent attention to detail. Adept in navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing or competing priorities.Strong written and verbal English communication skills, additional languages an assetProficient with project management/collaboration tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Docs (Sheets, Slides, etc.).Experience creating customer-facing content (written, visual, etc.) that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to site visitors.Working knowledge of one or more ecommerce platforms.
