WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Enter and manipulate data from various sources in excel
  • Maintain product, image, inventory assets across multiply digital portals and environments
  • Own the ecommerce Business partner relationship and make sure all product information is updated in customer side
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieve information from database or electronic files as requested
  • Support the team with product content maintenance (edit, updates, product activation, etc.)
  • Ensure all pages are effectively merchandised and updated as per the marketing calendar
  • Run regular website audits, working closely with other departments to identify and correct data inaccuracies and publishing errors to create an “error-free product content” user experience
  • Implement SEO practices to optimize the product content and website for search engines
  • Provide recommendations for the digital merchandizing of home page, category pages, category taxonomy, navigation and search/sorting experience to create best in class shopping experience
THE EXPERIENCE OF A STRONG CANDIDATE:
  • Previous experience working with a PIM, product information management system or DAM, digital asset management system helpful
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in marketing, merchandising or related field
  • 1+ years of proven experience in web merchandising
  • Hands-on experience with an ecommerce platform and content management systems (Magento experience is a bonus)
  • Understanding of SEO practices
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel formulas and functions (vlook up, index match, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude
  • Highly organized and a master at multitasking
