Job Description

Job DescriptionThis main purpose of this role will be to deliver high-quality, timely legal support to a wide range of corporate functions, provide company secretariat and corporate governance support, and bring a performance-driven, results-focused mindset to help the company achieve its objectives.Some key accountabilities will include:

  • Provide legal support for continuous disclosure obligations, regulatory filings, and compliance documentation.
  • Proactively identify legal and governance issues, developing effective strategies and practical solutions.
  • Coordinate board meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, and minutes, while staying updated on emerging legal and governance trends.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects, collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders to deliver high-performance outcomes.
  • Manage external counsel and relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in service delivery.
