To support us on our journey, we are seeking diverse, purpose-lead people to join our team.Get ready to celebrate global wellness with us.DescriptionReporting to the Senior Manager of Logistics & 3PL Operations, the Distribution & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the 3PL warehouse relationship, and requires coordinating with internal Saje teams, transportation carriers, to ensure shipments are being picked/shipped in a timely manner and be delivered to our distribution centers and retail locations according to desired timelines.Through day-to-day functions, the Distribution & Logistics Coordinator contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture; proactively engaging in behaviors that align with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging.Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL warehouse relationships in an innovative way to maximize service level.
• Works with cross-functional departments to process USA Retail Orders in P3Pl and AX systems.
• Issue shipping instruction and provide routing instructions for finished goods and raw materials.
• Review, audit and code freight and 3PL invoicing.
• Submit product disposal forms and provide appropriate documentation.
• Supporting 3PL activities such as monitoring order volumes, importing new SKUs and all special projects around quality assurance. Actions all Quality Assurance requests and moves inventory off/ on QA Hold.
• Managing the yearly physical inventory count program at our 3PL.
• Filing claims and traces for eCom customers.
• Adjust inventory in the system to reflect inventory transfers between various WIP locations.
• Support with processing eCommerce returns into inventory.
• Spport other logistics and trade compliance departments where needed, such as freight set up and administrative tasks. This role will be primary in certain logistics functions such as specific freight lanes, and administrative/system tasks.
• Keep all relevant SOP’s up to date.

Applicant Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in similar or progressive role.
• Extremely accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently.
• Great people, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel.
