We also have an Ecommerce team that helps individuals or businesses place their orders either online or via telephone. These customers can be shopping in Canada or anywhere around the world!In this role, you will be engaging with customers online and over the phone to deliver exceptional customer service. Your success will come from your ability to communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced, team environment.IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This is a temporary contract estimated to go until Christmas. The working hours are from 8 AM until 5 PM with an hourly rate of $16.50. There is a possibility of extending contracts to Easter or longer.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
