This is a multi-disciplinary program with exposure across our diverse client industries and environments.Job DescriptionYou will be trained and exposed to:

This program will include at least 3 rotations and you will benefit from a comprehensive and exciting learning and development journey.Upon program completion, you will be assigned to a General Management – or similar responsibility - role as a first steppingstone into your career at Sodexo Canada.QualificationsWhat You’ll Need to Be Selected:Professional:
  • Young graduate: Up to 2 years professional experience in a corporate environment
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree (Hospitality / Engineering / Business / Culinary or Dietitian)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, works well under pressure
  • Confident in managing projects – so that plans are well executed and that stakeholders are fully engaged
  • Willingness to work in a national environment
  • Willingness to travel with requirement to relocate nationally for the duration of a rotational assignment (3 months). Ability to travel for one week to corporate offices either in Burlington or Montreal
  • Desired knowledge to become a leader of hospitality or facilities industry
  • Excellent oral and written English. Ideally bilingual in French & English

  • Client focused mind set and able to build client relationships at all levels
  • Using persuasion and influence to win support for the benefit of the business
