Executive Assistant (Part-time, potential for Full-time)Location: Hybrid: West Broadway, between Oak & Granville St., Vancouver, BC.About UsGolden Pear Ventures is a boutique family office with portfolio investments in digital assets, blockchain companies, real estate, capital advisory projects, as well as a charitable family foundation. Various business entities span across Canada, US, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong.Are You the OneWe are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) working for two Principals of the Family Office. As our trusted and empowered EA, you will not only work closely with ambitious leaders but also with and provide admin support to stakeholders within group companies in various jurisdictions, with a focus on Golden Pear and its associated funds. This is an exciting opportunity to assist this Golden Pear and become a pivotal part of its future.Your Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Manage an active calendar of appointments across different time zones;-Arrange complex travel, logistics, itineraries, and agendas globally;-Organize meetings, events, catering, and celebrations;-Monitor inbox, address time-sensitive mails and handling calls;-Draft correspondences and assist in preparing Powerpoint presentations;-Liaise with external professionals and service providers;-Track expenses, costs and reimbursements;-Manage all office and admin-related duties;-Assist in property portfolio maintenance; and-Observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times; and-Assist with various admin, research ad-hoc support as needed.What You Bring: You will thrive in an environment of creation, working alongside successful, global entrepreneurs and will play a key role in handling important administrative and personal matters which will empower the organization. You will be experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and will be able to work independently. You must be well-organized and have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible and agile, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.Our Must Haves: -Currently based in Vancouver/Lower Mainland, BC and legally allowed to work in Canada;-Minimum 1-3 years of experience supporting at a senior management or executive level;-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;-Excellent verbal and written English communication;-Experience arranging travel, meetings, catering, and general office organization;-Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;-Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;-Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, independence and initiative.-Adaptability and versatility: able to respond to a constantly evolving set of needs and demands-Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, and Zoom; and-Always discreet and confidential.Let’s go…!If you’re feeling like the stars are aligned and this role is for you, please submit your CV and cover letter.
