Based in Vancouver, BC, Pinnacle has been involved in the development, design, construction, and management of our projects for over three decades. Pinnacle’s projects have contributed to the development of communities and enriched these neighbourhoods through complementary architectural expressions.The Executive Assistant will provide support to the new President. Our President has been a driving force in building strong teams in the real estate space for almost 20 years. The role is to assist the President in a leadership space, and assist with his management in all divisions, residential, commercial, property management, asset management, hotels, hospitality, and development. With many other strategic divisions all interwoven into this dynamic and long established international real estate organization.Our President has spent almost 20 years in commercial and residential brokerage which was heavily focused on new multifamily developments before transitioning to Pinnacle. In the almost 20 years prior to Pinnacle, Our President managed many successful sales teams and assisted multiple developers execute and deliver on countless projects. In addition, he built one of the fastest growing property management teams in his market.This role as Executive Assistant is in-office role working and assisting directly in critical matters directly providing meaningful impact on the organization. This role will expose the Executive Assistant to work directly on many projects throughout Pinnacle’s multiple offices in North America. Performance, care and professionalism while always critical; the role requires a collaborative thinker and problem solver. Previous experience in real estate is very important not only in understanding the role but in sharing in the passion and interest the business offers.Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and prepare meetings, internal and external
  • Assist in managing relationships and building on them
  • Track dates, organize timelines
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Expense management
  • Review and respond to emails, communiques and organize management & responses
  • File management and organization in multiple systems, internal and cloud
  • Arrange and prepare information on new projects, gather information from third parties as requested
  • Arrange all domestic and international travel needs, provides travel itineraries and compiles all necessary documents for travel-related meetings
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Post-secondary education (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and meet multiple objectives in short time periods
  • Expert computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Microsoft Teams, Google Products, Outlook, digital file organization.
  • Team first attitude who wants to be part of a winning environment
  • Confident critical thinker
  • Focus on understanding all aspects of the firm’s operations
  • Effective conflict resolution, consensus building and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise judgement, diplomacy and tact in dealing with confidential matters
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
