Job Description

Your New Role and TeamOur Commercial department is looking to hire a Field Specialist on the Business Development Launch Team to work as a teammate for early deployments of our General Purpose Robots. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our general purpose platform, our customers, and be intimately involved in the deployment of our flagship product.The best candidates for this role have experience in customer service and have a history of being recognized for top performance in both client facing and operational roles within a retail or business-to-business environment. Ultimately this person will be a valuable resource when liaising internally with clients, technical teams, robots, and management.Our Success Criteria

  • Bring hands-on experience in technical sales and retail operations with enthusiasm and aptitude for data, technology, and robotics
  • Build a high-tech career at the forefront of our General-Purpose Robot deployment
  • Gain cutting-edge career experience as you support our General Purpose Robot platform onsite for our clients
  • Achieve company-wide visibility as you partner with leaders to report on job performance metrics
  • Expand your business development experience as you aggregate, analyze and report on platform performance data
  • Tap into your mentorship skills as you interface with and provide support to client teams
*Your Experience*Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Field Service, or Customer Service
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support/sales
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Comfortable travelling a minimum of 30% of the time to client locations

  • Ability to learn new tasks within a retail environment
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences
  • Comprehensive communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably with small groups and a variety of individual clients
  • Ability to complete data analysis and provide reports to senior leaders on client processes/tasks; drive alignment and robot platform integration
