Job Description

Overview:We have four Food & Beverage venues, each with their own personality and tasty offerings in the Park. Join the Food & Beverage team and work in our fast-paced and fun venues while working with an amazing team while meeting guests from around the world!Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect payments and issue receipts in a timely fashion; keep track of all cash and credit transactions.
  • Keep tabs on whether prices and quantities of products are correct.
  • Take orders with accuracy and enthusiasm!
  • Ensure restaurant items are stocked and ready for business (condiments, napkins, etc.)
  • Ensure safe and sanitary practices are adhered to in accordance with company and facility policies; maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Prioritize the Guest experience by going above and beyond (you love providing park recommendations and getting to know our Guests!)
  • Leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills and product knowledge to advise Guests on menu options based on their personal palette and preferences.
Qualifications:
  • You have experience in a quick service and fast paced restaurant.
  • Experience navigating a POS system would be an asset.
  • You’re a fast learner who treats the Guest’s orders with priority and urgency.
  • You THRIVE in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task with ease.
  • You have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and bring energy and enthusiasm to work every day!
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are highly collaborative and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • You are available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to accommodate business needs.
  • You are able to be on your feet for extended periods of time, lift 20lbs, and occasionally use a step ladder/stool.
