They will know their schedule 2 months in advance and can guarantee 160 hours per month (full-time hours). The schedule will generally be longer days on Wed-Fri (12 hour days) and shorter days (approx 4 hour shifts on Mon or Tues (or both).Primary responsibilities will include getting the children up and ready for school in the mornings, school drop off and pick up, and transport to after-school activities. While the children are in school duties will include some house management tasks such as running errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, and very light cleaning. The family employs a bi-weekly house cleaner for the heavy cleaning.The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term commitment (their last nannies have stayed 3-6 years with the family), is communicative, and enjoys an environment of shared respect.Driving is required and it is preferred the Nanny has their own vehicle for use.There are no pets in the home.Both parents are vaccinated and taking Covid precautions seriously.
