Reporting to the Director, Plant Launch, the Fulfillment Coordinator, NCMs will be responsible for the execution of Purchase Orders placed by the NCMs for raw materials supplied exclusively by Nexii. With an eye for details yet able to see the bigger picture, the Fulfillment Coordinator, NCMs will be working in a fast-paced and growing environment interfacing between the network of NCM plants and the Nexii Supply Chain to ensure a timely delivery of materials and consistency with negotiated agreements.What you’ll need:
  • Receive Purchase Orders (POs) from NCMs and verify consistency with negotiated agreements
  • Issue Sales Orders for Nexii supplied materials
  • Collaborate with the Nexii Supply Chain Management department to ensure timely fulfillment of POS
  • Help negotiate and manage purchase agreements with different NCMs
  • Collaborate with Nexii and NCM Planning and Supply Chain departments to estimate future needs
  • Applies existing procedures to solve routine and standard problems
  • Identifies issues that should be escalated to Director and senior leaders
  • Licensee / Franchise supply chain fulfillment experience is an advantage
  • Problem-solver with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and people skills and a relationship builder / team player
  • Positive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement for self and the organization
  • Experience in the manufacturing, construction, building materials, and building technology industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office software.
